Returns & Exchanges
If you do not like the glasses you purchased we will accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
- We will NOT accept returns on used items. Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean and returned with all the accessories, certificate and case. The article must be sent in its original packaging. All the returned items are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.
Please follow these easy steps to start a return.
1. Please reach out to us by phone or e-mail. We can be reached toll-free at 1 (877) 781-2988 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know your order number and your reason for the return and we will provide you with an RMA # and an Email with return instructions.
2. Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address, we will provide you.
3. Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Frames Spot is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking Fee. Otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
The refund will be provided back to the original form of payment.
